The reaction mixture was purified by preparative EtaPLC. The corresponding fractions were collected, and lyophilized to afford the TFA salt of the title compound (7.9 mg) as a white solid. Exact mass calculated for C17H20BrClN4O: 410.1; Found: LCMS m/z (%) = 411.1 (M+H+ 79Br, 77%), 413.1 (M+H+ 81Br, 100%).;
