In brief, 3,4-Dicliloro-6-fluoroaniline (1 equivalent, prepared as described in U.S. Patent No. 6,126,917) was reacted with 4-chloro-7-fluoro-6-nitroquinazoline (3.5 equivalents, Compound 24, prepared as described hereinabove), in a mixture of iso-propylalcohol/ dichloromethane.
