Then the mixture was increased from -78to -25 , and to the mixture was dropwisely added saturated NH4Cl solution (20mL) and extracted with DCM (3×15 mL) . The organic extracts were dried over MgSO4, and concentrated to produce a residue, which was purified by chromatography (200300 mesh silica gel, eluted with EtOAc/PE 1:3-1:1) to give compound 5f as a pale oil (mainly beta-epimer, 760 mg, 54) LC-MS (ESI) : 826.34 [M+NH4]+.
