The crystals are filtered off an purified via chromatography (Si02; TBME/hexanes 1/9 to 2/8) to deliver the target compound as yellowish crystals (8.4 g; 42 %). 1 H-NMR (400MHz; DMSO-d6), 8 (ppm) : 5.81 (s, 1 H); 6.94 (s, 1 H); 7.55 (s, 2H). MS (m/z) ES-: 290 (MH-).
