The coupling reaction was carried out at 75 C for 15 h, quenched with a saturated aqueous solution of sodium thiosulfate, and extracted with dichloromethane (15 mL×3).The liquid layer was separated, and the organic layer was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate.Dry under reduced pressure, and the column was passed to give 0.0812 g of distyryl thioether compound (white solid, yield 84%)
