To 3-[8-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-2-(methylsulfonyl)-7-oxo-5,6,7,8- tetrahydropyrimido[4,5-(i]pyrimidin-4-yl]-4-methyl-N-propylbenzamide (206 mg, 0.4 mmol) in DMF (4 mL) was added (3-chloropropyl)amine hydrochloride (78 mg, 0.6 mmol) and triethylamine (112 uL, 0.8 mmol).
