Step 12: Preparation for N-(4-Chloro-3-fluorophenyl)-5-(tetrahydrofuran-3-yloxy)-2,3-dihydro-[1,4]dioxino[2,3-f]quinazolin-10-amine To a solution of 10-chloro-5-(tetrahydrofuran-3-yloxy)-2,3-dihydro-[1,4]dioxino[2,3-f]quinazoline (0.1 g, 0.3 mmol) in isopropanol (3 mL) was added 4-chloro-3-flouroaniline (0.06 g, 0.4 mmol). The solution was stirred at 80 C. for 4 hours. After cooling to ambient temperature, the solution was concentrated to obtain a yellow solid which was purified by column chromatography on silicon gel (dichloromethane:methanol=100:1) to obtain a yellow solid (0.09 g, yield=62%). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz): delta 10.45 (s, 1H), 8.73 (s, 1H), 7.97-7.94 (m, 1H), 7.66-7.65 (m, 1H), 7.54 (t, 1H, J=8.9 Hz), 7.14 (s, 1H), 5.20-5.18 (m, 1H), 4.61-4.59 (m, 2H), 4.45-4.44 (m, 2H), 3.96-3.88 (m, 3H), 3.81-3.79 (m, 1H), 2.37-2.34 (m, 1H), 2.08-2.06 (m, 1H).
