On June 30, 2014, Stoichev, Dimitur S.; Razkazov, Nikolai I.; Dobreva, Ekaterina D.; Georgieva, Mihaela G. published a patent.Recommanded Product: 3-Amino-7-(diethylamino)-5-phenylphenazin-5-ium chloride The title of the patent was Electrochemical method for production of copper composite layers on polymer or metal substrates. And the patent contained the following:
An electrochem. method for production of copper composite layers on a flexible polymer or hard metal substrate comprises preparing a substrate by etching, activation and acceleration of a flexible polymer substrate and degreasing and pickling a metal substrate, followed by electroplating at 18-28° and a c.d. of 6 A/dm2 on the cathode and 2.5 A/dm2 on the anode, wherein the electrolyte comprises copper sulfate (70-250), sulfuric acid (40-180), chloride ions (0.04-0.12), poly(ethylene glycol) with a mol. weight of 4000 as a wetting agent (0.03-0.10), polyazo-N,N-diethylsafranine as a leveling agent (0.0035-0.0080), a glitter-forming additive comprising dithiobis(methanesulfonic acid) sodium salt (0.003-0.007) and diamond particles (3-25 g/L) with a particle size from 0.01 to 380 μm pretreated in an aqueous solution of sodium laurylsulfonate (for particles with sizes up to 7 μm) or copper-coated (for particles with sizes of 10-380 μm). The experimental process involved the reaction of 3-Amino-7-(diethylamino)-5-phenylphenazin-5-ium chloride(cas: 4569-86-2).Recommanded Product: 3-Amino-7-(diethylamino)-5-phenylphenazin-5-ium chloride
