The present article intends to introduce a new method of calculating the values of 13 mols. for nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds The author has found that mxy (m = 0, 1, 2, 3) is highly correlated with the environment properties lgSW, lgKow and biol. activities -lgEC50 of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic for such compounds Thus it can be concluded that this index bears excellent structure selectivity and relativity when the results from index were compared with that of other ones.
