Meshchishen, I. F. published the artcileComparative study of the effect of decamethoxin, decamine and levorin on carbohydrate metabolism in the liver of white rats, SDS of cas: 38146-42-8, the publication is Farmakologiya i Toksikologiya (Moscow) (1979), 42(4), 406-9, database is CAplus.
Decamethoxin (I) [38146-42-8] (0.5 or 1.0 mg/kg/day) injected i.m. into rats for 10 days decreased liver glucose [50-99-7], glycogen [9005-79-2] and increased lactate dehydrogenase [9001-60-9] at both doses; the higher dose also decreased phosphorylase [9035-74-9], glucokinase [9001-36-9], phosphoglucoisomerase [9001-41-6], and glucose-6-phosphatase [9001-39-2]. Levorin [1403-17-4] at 0.5 mg/kg/day for 10 days i.m. decreased liver glucose, and glycogen and glucose-6-phosphatase and increased lactate dehydrogenase and phosphoglucoisomerase; at 1.0 mg/kg/day for 10 days i.m. it also decreased phosphorylase and increased glucokinase. Decamine [522-51-0] at neither dose affected carbohydrate metabolism in the liver.
Farmakologiya i Toksikologiya (Moscow) published new progress about 38146-42-8. 38146-42-8 belongs to chlorides-buliding-blocks, auxiliary class Achiral Phase-Transfer Catalysts, name is N1,N10-Bis(2-((2-isopropyl-5-methylcyclohexyl)oxy)-2-oxoethyl)-N1,N1,N10,N10-tetramethyldecane-1,10-diaminium chloride, and the molecular formula is C38H74Cl2N2O4, SDS of cas: 38146-42-8.
