A novel polyorganosiloxane having a bigger sized tubular structure, tubular polymer (TP) was synthesized successfully by hydrosilylation reaction of reactive cis-isotactic ladder-like polyallylsilsesquioxane (Allyl-T) with coupling agent p-bis(dimethylhydrogensilyl)oxydiphenylene (M) in the presence of dicyclopentadienylplatinum(II) chloride (Cp2PtCl2) catalyst. A novel supramol. TP clathrate (TP/LC) was prepared by in situ encapsulating rod-like liquid crystalline mol. within the pore of TP. The Allyl-T was prepared by stepwise coupling polymerization Various characterization methods including solubility test, FT-IR, 1H-NMR, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), gel permeation chromatog. (GPC), vapor pressure osmometer (VPO), X-ray diffraction (XRD), at. force microscopy (AFM), polarized optical microscopy (POM) and mol. simulation were used and the results not only proved the existence of nano-scale tubular structures in the TP, but also demonstrated that a novel soluble supramol. clathrate had been formed. Transmetalation of (渭3-S)2Fe3(CO)9 with C10H12PtCl2 (C10H12 = dicyclopentadiene) in THF gave 55% title cluster C10H12Pt(渭3-S)2Fe2(CO)6, the structure of which was determined by x-ray crystallog. The Pt atom is 蟺-coordinated with double bonds of the dicyclopentadiene mol. and with 2 渭3-bridging S atoms and is in a square planar environment. The Fe(CO)3 moieties show an Fe-Fe bond length of 2.515 脜. One of the Fe atoms forms an Fe-Pt bond of 3.03 脜 length with the Pt atom, and tilts the planarity of the Pt atom ligand environment toward itself. Comparison of Different Polymer- and Silica-Supported 9-Amino-9-deoxy-epi-quinines as Recyclable Organocatalysts was written by Porta, Riccardo;Coccia, Francesca;Annunziata, Rita;Puglisi, Alessandra. And the article was included in ChemCatChem in 2015.Safety of Dichlorodi(cyclopenta-1,3-dien-1-yl)platinate(II) This article mentions the following:

9-Amino-9-deoxy-epi-quinine, properly modified by suitable linkers, was anchored on highly cross-linked polystyrene, poly(ethylene glycol), and silica. The resulting species were characterized by NMR spectroscopy and tested as supported organocatalysts in the reaction between isobutyric aldehyde and trans-尾-nitrostyrene. Polystyrene- and poly(ethylene glycol)-supported catalysts outperformed their nonsupported counterpart affording the desired product in high yield and ee (>90 % ee). Silica-supported catalysts proved to be less efficient in terms of both chem. yield and enantioselectivity. Polystyrene- and poly(ethylene glycol)-supported 9-amino-9-deoxy-epi-quinine were then used in the same reaction with different substrates, leading to the desired products in high yield and ee, as well as in three other reactions operating with different mechanism. An investigation of the recyclability of the polystyrene- and poly(ethylene glycol)-supported systems showed that these could be recovered and recycled with no loss of stereochem. activity but with a marked erosion of chem. efficiency occurring at the fifth reaction cycle. This was ascribed to chem. degradation of the alkaloid occurring during the reaction. Preparation and ligand displacement reactions of diene(polyfluorophenyl)platinum(II) complexes was written by Deacon, G. B.;Nelson-Reed, K. T.. And the article was included in Journal of Organometallic Chemistry in 1987.HPLC of Formula: 12083-92-0 This article mentions the following:

Reaction of PtCl2(cod) with an equimolar amount of TlO2CR (R = C6F5, p-HC6F4) in pyridine yields Pt(R)Cl(cod), which have been converted into Pt(R)X(cod) (X = Br or iodo) by halogen exchange reactions. Other decarboxylations result in diene displacement giving cis-Pt(C6F5)Cl(py)2 and cis– and trans-Pt(C6F5)2(py)2. The complexes, cis-Pt(C6F5)2L2 (L = py or Ph3P) and cis-Pt(p-HC6F4)2(PPh3)2 are formed by ligand replacement reactions of PtR2(cod), but Pt(C6F5)2 (cod) does not react with N,N,N‘,N‘-tetramethylethylenediamine (tmed) nor Pt(C6F5)2(nbd or dcy) with ethylenediamine (en). Diene displacement occurs more readily from PtR2(hex) giving Pt(C6F5)2L2 [L2 = cis-(NH3)2, en, tmed, 1,10-phenanthroline) and cis-Pt(p-HC6F4)2(PPh3)2. The preparation of a class of processable heavily fluorinated triallyl ether homo- and co-polymers is carried out to elucidate the structure-property relations in comparison with the acrylic analogs. The triallyl ether monomer was prepared in good yield through the condensation of the triol, 1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxy-hexafluoro-2-propyl)benzene, in dry acetone with allyl bromide in the presence of potassium carbonate. Homopolymers were obtained and cured through a slow free radical polymerization, while copolymers were obtained through a fast hydrosilylation with catalyst.
